HEU-S base station/computer room heat exchanger is designed for mobile station, telecom station, or computer room heat elimination; the main function is remove the heat from base station/computer room. It is use for cleaning outdoor cold air pass through the sensible heat exchanger core, then exchange the heat with the computer room exhaust air, achieved cooling purposes. Use this product can increase the service life and improve the system reliability.

 

When Install the product under severe condition like high temperature, dusty, greasy and dangerous gas, please make sure the ambient temperature not over 70 centigrade, and remember to make regular cleaning. Make sure to maintain a well ventilated environment, avoid obstacles block the air inlet or outlet, ensure the cooling affects.Please take noise into consideration when install the products near the residential area, it is important to select appropriate sites.

Energy Saving  It real-time control monitoring the inside and outside temperature ,when the outside temperature is lower to a certain extent, the equipment will begin to work, remove the inside heat to outside, so as to reduce the air-conditioner working time and save the energy. Water And Dust Proof   Enclosed air circuit cooling system , completely isolate the inside and outside air, effectively avoid air contamination from outside.Several Working Models   The equipment can work independently, do not need to connect with the air conditioner. Intelligent Control   Human visual innerface, standard  RS485/RS232  monitor port,can upload the equipment working condition and fault condition, long-distance fault recognition and fault warning, long distance parameter setting and display, on-off control function.DDGK Function   Setting the parameter for automatic protection, when the unit power outage, computer can record the parameter and outage information, after the power on, it will work again follow the status before the power outage ,it have the time delay function, to avoid power flash affect the unit or automatic trip .Air-conditioner Troubleshooting  When base station air conditioner goes wrong,the equipment remove the inner heat to outside in time, make sure the electron devices working well.Protection Warning Function   When lost electric phase, the protector will stop the heating exchanger, and upload the information and warning information to monitor. When the voltage is lower or higher than set voltage, it will stop the system by itself, and upload the warning information to monitor. When the temperature sensor failure, system will be upload the warning information, and stop the equipment, then power on the air-conditioner to keep the inside environment. When inner temperature appear high or low temperature, it will upload the warning information to monitor, and turn on the air-conditioner to keep the steady temperature.
